OBJECTIFS
Les participants pourront améliorer la technique chirurgical
et la prise en charge de leurs malades. En particulier:
· Améliorer leur connaissance de l'anatomie endoscopique
chirurgicale de la région narinaire, du sinus sphénoïdal
et de la base du crâne,
· Utiliser les endoscope et les instruments pendant les travaux
pratiques sur cadavre,
· Pratiquer les différentes procédures chirurgicales,
· Mettre en place la Neuro-navigation pour la Chirurgie Hypophysaire,
· Améliorer la technique pour les procédures endoscopiques
endonasales,
· Améliorer la technique pour l'abord supraorbitaire,
· Avoir une panoramique sur les abords endoscopiques à
la base du crâne,
· Connaître les derniers développements sur la chirurgie
Endoscopique.
OBJECTIVES
By completing
this course, the participants will improve their surgical technique
and care of their patients, particularly they will:
· Enhance their knowledge of surgical endoscopic anatomy of the
nasal region, sphenoid sinus and skull base,
· Be able to utilize the endoscope and the instrumentation in
cadaver dissection work,
· Be able to perform endoscopic surgical procedures in cadaver
dissection work,
· Be able to use the neuronavigation system in pituitary surgery,
· Enhance their skills in endoscopic endonasal procedures,
· Enhance their skills in supraorbital key-hole approach,
· Gain an excellent understanding of the endoscopic procedures
in skull base surgery,
· Explore current concepts in endoscopic skull base surgery.
